I am currently a graduate student with a husband who works nights, a 22-year-old daughter living in Florida, a daughter entering her senior year in high school who is active in band & ROTC & another daughter who will be starting fourth grade. I found this site to assist in planning balanced & tasty meals & as well as to utilize the shopping list as tools to survive my clinical rotations. Planning ahead will also allow the teenager to participate with preparing meals occasionally too! My goal is to have two months of dinners planned prior to beginning my clinicals.
