This was a great and quick recipe. I modified it a little and mixed the dressing and avocado/grapefruit with Arugula (as opposed to watercress) for a simple and delicious salad. I also drizzled the dressing over the fish as the recipe suggested. Very good!
A mid range hit with my husband and mother. I think they were too icy and oddly flavorless. Perhaps adding a touch of vanilla would help, but maybe not.
It's decent. The red pepper gives some kick to the sweetness of the squash. I baked my squash with the seeds still in, same idea but I think it's got a little more flavor. I'll probably make it again.
This recipe is very good. The addition of the lime juice to the tuna salad is really yummy. I also add a sprinkle of dill weed. I'm normally too lazy to make a wrap out of this. But I serve it as a salad on a bed of lettuce. It's a favorite that we eat very often, especially during the summer. The best part is that it is super fast to prepare. It is pretty darn healthy, but I've found a way to increase the health factor a little more-I use plain non-fat yogurt in place of half of the mayonnaise. I actually like it better that way-it has a lighter, fresher flavor.

I recommend letting reducing the heavy cream by a little more than half for a thicker sauce. The sauce smells heavily of Gorgonzola cheese so if you're sensitive to cheesy smells then be aware.

Very good! I used half whole wheat and half white flour and it was still delicious. I like that it uses oil and not butter or shortening.

This is a great guacamole recipe. I make it often. It is restaurant quality.

I am curious to know what you are referring to when it says to add a tbsp of Slat? Is it salt?
This was easy to prepare and turned out well. My mother and husband completely loved it. It went well with my Old Vine Zinfandel and rosemary bread.
