This recipe could be made better by adding heavy cream and actually making a sauce for the pasta. Also you will need a lot more shrimp, perhaps close to a pound.
I actually added a home made tomato base sauce and it came out delicious.
It's great even if you are a Missouri Redneck or a Southern California geek. It's even good if you are a graphic designer with too much time on his hands!

This recipe won 1st place in a mac and cheese bake off. Exquisite cheese to macaroni ratio. Simply fabulous!

I used corn taco shells. I think I would have been better off using flour taco shells. Everything else was delicious!

I made these for a Superbowl party and they were a big hit! Injecting the butter in to them is what really sets them apart.
Also, this is missing the tomatos part.
