I like this, but will omit the mint, not a big mint fan. But one of my mom's best recipes. Thanks for having incredients Thai people would cook with. not a bunch of weird items.

This is the 2nd time this week I've made this in the crockpot. It is so easy and tastes delicious. I eat it without any rice or noodles because I get my carbohydrates from the squash and garbanzo beans, but I make rice for the kids and they love it!

Hi Meghan In Cali I used your pizza crust recipe for a roasted root vegetable tart. It was great. It was flexible enough to turn the edges in over the vegetables. I didn't need to pre-bake the crust. I slid the tart off the baking sheet, and put it on the oven rack for the last 5 minutes to crisp the bottom. The tart was perfect. Thank you! Mary in Eatontown, NJ

This is my family's favorite pasta dinner.

The instructions don't say anything about how to add the chicken broth. Please update. Thanks.

I could have sworn I uploaded this recipe, it's my absolute favorite dish! Also I make it with aged cheddar instead. I'm not a fan of swiss or havarti.

Actually according to Andrea Giancoli, R.D., a Los Angeles-based spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association, most plant enzymes are there to help the plant grow, not for human health, and although cooking does break down these otherwise useless enzymes, the enzymes in raw foods are mostly destroyed by our stomach acid as well, so it doesn't matter if it's raw or cooked. Finally this website is for sharing recipes, not spamming misguided diet fads and clogging up the servers.

I use these as meatballs. They are wonderful. I think they would make awesome meatball hoagies if you stuff them with mozzarella cheese.

The kids love these and the taste is good enough that my husband and I do as well. I actually prefer to sprinkle cheddar in with the meat mixture and serve the kids as the jack-o-lanterns and my husband and mine more like a stew with biscuits. I think these are meant to be appetizers, but it is definitly enough food for a meal for 5 or less people.

This is the best meat loaf recipe I've found to date. My whole family loves this, even my very picky two-year-old.

No. This is a crock pot meal and needs to be cooked on LOW setting for 8 hours to be cooked thoroughly.

I think there's an error on point #5. It says to cook the chicken for 8 hours, I think it's 8 minutes, right?

This recipe works best for me when I put the chicken in the bottom of the casserole dish and pour everything else on top. Then I let it set an extra ten minutes (20 minutes total).

My family really loves this recipe! We've found organic crescent roll dough and used cage-free eggs, low-fat organic cheese, etc. to make it a "healthy" version (we all love sausage, so there's the rub!). We also have swapped out the cheese with a four-cheese Mexican blend and added salsa and sour cream when serving it. It's delicious that way too!

Thanks for the recipe! I of course swapped the shrimp out for chicken :)

I could not find the sun dried tomatoes anywhere so I substituted Canned Diced tomatoes with Garlic and Oregano. Also I think this needs more pepper. Next time I am going to use 1 1/2 tsp of the crushed red pepper.

I have made this recipe many times and they go so fast, if you want any, you need to be in line early! Great for a brunch. And they are easy!
