Low Carb Crock Pot Paprika Chicken - TastyPlanner.com

For a spicier flavor, be sure to use hot paprika rather than sweet. You can also stir in some sour cream just before serving.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 medium zucchini , sliced
1 medium onion , peeled and sliced
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
Sprinkle with half the paprika.
Cover with a layer of zucchini and onions.
Add the oil, then sprinkle generously with the rest of the paprika.
Pour the cup of broth into the crockpot—gently, down the side, so you don’t rinse the paprika off.
Cover and cook on the “low” setting for 6-8 hours.
