Everyone knows how to make baked potatoes- this recipe is in here for my planner and grocery list.

Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 large potatoes
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
Wash potatoes and wrap with foil.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook potatoes for 80 minutes in oven.
Enjoy potatoes with cheese, sour cream, butter, etc.
