  <instruction>&lt;p&gt;Roll out the dough with flour until it is a thin sheet. Cut into 1 inch thick strips. wrap around the wiener leaving exposed hot dog on either end. drizzle with olive oil or butter and sprinkle a generous amount of course salt (Kosher or sea salt) on top. Put in a 450 degree oven until golden brown then place under the broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp up.
