Ingredients
1 medium apple, such as Granny Smith, Weatlhy or Rome Beauty
2 tbsp, packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp, ground cinnamon
1/4 pound each)
1 1/2 quart sasserole/ small nonstick skillet
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Cut apples into fourths, remove seeds. Cut each fourth into 3 or 4 wedes. Place apply wedges in casserole. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over apples. 3. Cut, discard most fo fat from pork chops. Spray skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes. Cook pork chops in hot skillet about 5 minutes, turning once, until light brown. 4. Place pork chops in a single layer on apple wedges. Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake about 45 minutes or until pork is slightly pink when you cut into center and appled are tender when pierced with fork.
