  <instruction>&lt;p&gt;Take the jalape&#241;os and cut off the tops then scoop out the insides and seeds. Slice the monterey jack cheese in to strips that will squeeze in to the jalape&#241;o pieces.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cut the bacon strips in half and use it to wrap the jalape&#241;o all the way around and secure together with a toothpick.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Place them on a grill in your favorite &lt;a href="http://www.kevinburg.com/tastyplanner/jalapeno_2.jpg"&gt;state-of-texas shaped grill holder&lt;/a&gt; and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bacon looks done on the outside.&lt;/p&gt;</instruction>
