Cheesy favorite made with white wine.

Serves: 1
Ingredients
1 lb cheese (swiss, greyure)
2 1/2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c dry white wine
Instructions
Grate cheese, toss with flour. Heat wine in skillet. When the wine starts to bubble, turn the heat down and slowly add cheese, stirring. Grind in some black pepper for additional zest.
