Mom's Chili - TastyPlanner.com

We all love Mom’s cooking! This recipe is my mom’s Chili recipe. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Meat (Lean)
1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can of Kidney Beans
1 green pepper
1/4 white onion
1/2 tsp. Ground Red Pepper (Add more for Extra Spicey)
1/2 tsp. Cumin
Instructions
Brown ground meat (While browning ground meat cut green pepper and onion) Once the meat is browned – drain off the grease. At medium heat (5 of 10) in large pot – mix in the green pepper, onion, and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 min. Combine Stewed Tomatoes, Kidney Beans, and 1 tbsp. of Cumin. Cook for 5 minutes (Feel free to add a bit more Red Pepper Flakes, but that’s your choice). Turn the heat down to 2-3 (of 10) and continue cooking for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. After 20 minutes the chili is done. (optional) Refrigerate over night and serve. (It’s always better the next day)
