Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
2 1/2 over-ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Prepare banana muffin batter. Pour into greased and floured or paper lined muffin tin. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
