These are tiny hors d’oeuvre or snack pizzas. They’re a lot healthier than frozen pizza

Serves: 6
Ingredients
* Triscuits (whole wheat is healthiest)
* Pizza Sauce
* Sliced pepperoni
* Olive or onion (optional)
* Mozzarella (I like sliced, but shredded is fine)
Instructions
1. Put a dollop of pizza sauce on the triscuit and spread evenly. 2. Place a pepperoni slice and a sliver of onion or slice of olive (optional). 3. Top with a square of sliced mozzarella or sprinkle of shredded mozzarella. 4. Broil in the oven until cheese is melted.
