Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless top sirloin, cut into 1 in. strips
5 T. teriyaki sauce, divided
12 oz thin spaghetti
2 T. creamy peanut butter
1 T. water
1/2 t. ground ginger
1/4 t cayenne pepper
2 T. vegetable oil
Instructions
Put a pot of water on high heat to boil for pasta (boils faster with a lid on). In the meantime, in a medium bowl, combine beef and 2 T. of the teriyaki sauce and toss to coat and set aside. When water comes to a boil, add pasta. In a smaller bowl, combine remaining teriyaki sauce, peanut butter 1 T. water, ginger, and cayenne pepper. In the meantime, your pasta should be nearly ready. Drain pasta when cooked and toss with peanut butter mixture to coat; keep warm. meanwhile, in a skillet or wok, heat oil over medium high heat until hot. Add beef (half at a time) and stir-fry 1-2 min. or until outside surface is no longer pink. (do not overcook). Add pasta; toss lightly. Serve immediately.
