Pasta Fagioli This can be made in a plastic storage bag and frozen for up to three months.
Prep time: 10 Min.
Cook time: 25 Min.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
2 cups white beans and juice
3 cups tortellini
2 cups diced tomatoes with juice
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced celery
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt, optional
Instructions
To cook: add bag contents and 4 cups of water in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to low, cover pan and simmer gently 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Pour in bowls and top with shredded parmesan cheese
