Curried Almond Tuna - TastyPlanner.com
Chef: Yodeski
A delicious variation on the standard tuna salad.
I have never measured the ingredients, so you may need to experiment to see what works for you.
Ingredients
1 can tuna
1 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
1 handful raisins
1 handful Almonds
Instructions
Drain tuna.
Add mayonnaise to taste. For me, 1 heaping tablespoon is good, but I don’t like a lot of mayo, so your mileage may vary.
Add a handful of almonds, and a handful of raisins.
Add curry powder to taste.
Blend in food processor / magic bullet until smooth.
Serve on a salad, or sandwich.
For variations, cashews can substituted for the almonds, or a diced fresh apple can be substituted for the raisins.

I’ve found chicken is great with this also. I usually add a pinch of cinnamon, and nutmeg as well, along with a stalk of celery for a bit of extra crunch.Sometimes I’ll substitute fresh grapes for raisins. All in all, this is possibly one of my favourite quick , easy, and delicious recipes.
