Ingredients
2-1 inch thick New York Strip Steaks
2 sprigs of rosemary, coursely chopped
1/4 cup Mediterranean Olive Oil
1 generous portion of fresh sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
Marinate steaks in a plastic zipper bag with rosemary and oil for 45+ minutes in the refridgerator. Remove steaks from fridge and allow to reach room temperature before grilling.
Pre-heat grill to medium. Add salt and pepper to outside of steaks. Grill steaks (with grill covered) for 4 minutes, flip and grill an additional 4 minutes for rare. Repeat process for medium done steaks.
