This cake has also been called “Better Than Sex Cake”. It is such a decadent cake, one should proceed with caution.

Ingredients
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch or caramel topping (or both)
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 cups of Heath Toffee Bits o' Brickle
Instructions
Bake cake as directed in 9×13 inch pan. While cake is still hot, poke holes with the handle of a wooden spoon (all the way to the bottom). Pour milk over the top and let soak in for a few minutes. Then pour caramel (or butterscotch) topping over the cake. Let cool completely. Spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle toffee bits over Cool Whip.
