Beef and Tomato Farfalle - TastyPlanner.com

Grape tomatoes and pesto make this easy beef dish juicy and savory. Great for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb. flat-cut steak, cut into strips
1 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pesto (homemade or store bought)
2 cups farfalle pasta, cooked al dente
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Season beef with salt and pepper. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add beef and cook. Toss pasta, tomatoes, beef and pesto together. Add parmesan cheese and serve.
