Soft Chicken Tacos - TastyPlanner.com

Delicious and light tacos. Super healthy and easy to make. Just make sure you don’t eat too many.
Ingredients
12 small soft chicken taco shells
1 pound of ground chicken
1 cup of shredded cheese
2 tomato
1/2 head of lettuce
1 cup sour cream
1 lager yellow onion
1 green pepper
Instructions
Season ground chicken with salt and paper. Cook for about 15 or until temperature reaches 175 degrees and there is no more pink meat.
Set chicken aside and using the same fry pan, sauté the onions and green peepers until golden brown.
Cut up the lettuce and cube the tomatoes.
Heat soft taco shells in the microwave for about 30 seconds. You are ready to assemble your tacos.

I used corn taco shells. I think I would have been better off using flour taco shells. Everything else was delicious!
I left out the paper, but these were GREAT!
These were really bland. I salvaged them with liberal amounts of garlic and cayenne but the recipe really lacks punch.
