Fetuccini Alfredo - TastyPlanner.com

This is a kick ass Alfredo sauce recipe.
Prep time: 5 Min.
Cook time: 15 Min.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (real cheese, not the crap in the can)
1/2 cup romano cheese grated
3/4 cup half and half cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon of each
Instructions
add cream and butter into a saucepan and on medium heat bring to a light simmer. add both cheeses and the spices and allow the cheese to melt into the sauce.
cook over medium low heat for ten minutes stirring frequently (it will stick to the pan)
add over cooked fetuccine and toss evenly until coated.
serve!
