One Pot Pesto - TastyPlanner.com

Simple quick dish that tastes great and reheats well. Feel free to substitute sausage or ground beef in place of the turkey if you like.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey
3 cups chicken broth
8 ounces pasta of choice
3 tablespoons basil pesto
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
Instructions
Cook turkey in large pan or pot until browned. Drain Fat. Stir in broth, bring to boiling. Add pasta. Reduce heat, simmer, covered, for 25 minutes or until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in pesto, and transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with cheese to taste.
