home cooked European noodles. traditionally made with a Spaetzle maker. you can try using an open faced cheese grater and flip it over to the discharge end and force the dough through the smaller holes. results may vary.
Prep time: 5 Min.
Cook time: 10 Min.
Serves: 8
Ingredients
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
milk
Instructions
mix all ingredients together. add enough milk to make it thick but runny enough to squeeze through the holes.
boil water for pasta and add some salt to the water.
now, squeeze the dough through the holes into the boiling water. they are cooked when they float to the surface.
