This is Trader Joe’s Mandarin Chicken- it’s frozen and there’s not much fancy cooking involved- I’m just putting it in here so I can use it on my planner, but it does taste very good so check it out if you like Orange chicken.

Cook time: 20 Min.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 package Trader Joe's Frozen Mandarin Chicken
Instructions
Cook as package indicates- chicken pieces on a baking sheet in oven at 400 for 18-20 minutes. Defrost sauce, toss cooked chicken in sauce.
Suggest serving with rice and “Ha-asian” green beans.
