Ingredients
1 whole-wheat English muffin
1 slice Canadian bacon
2 slices apple
2 Tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
Split the English muffin down the middle and pop it in the toaster, or heat a nonstick frying pan to medium high and place the muffin halves facedown. (You’ll need the pan to warm the Canadian bacon anyway.) Add the bacon to the skillet and flip it after 30 seconds. Spread peanut butter on both halves of the muffin, then add the bacon and apple slices and build it all into a sandwich.
