3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 16oz jar chunky salsa
1 10.5oz can cream of chicken soup, condensed
Place chicken breasts in greasted 3 to 4.5 quart slow cooker. In a bowl, combine salsa an dsoup. Pour mixture over chicken. cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.
Serve on a bed of rice pilaf and top with grated pepper jack cheese.
