Great for spaghetti or lasagna or any recipe calling for a tomato sauce.

Ingredients
4 cans tomato juice
2 cans tomato paste
1lb fresh Roma tomatoes
1tablespoon parsley
3 tsp oregano
3tsp rosemary
2teaspoons thyme
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup red wine
1 onion minced
1 lb portabella mushrooms
1 chopped zuchini
1 lb ground beef
1 lb italian or sage sausage
Instructions
saute onions ,mushrooms,zuchini, in butter till onions are clear but not brown
brown beef and sausage
dice roma tomates and simmer in olive oil with pepper salt and garlic
mix tomato mixture with vegetable mixture and meat mixture and add the rest of the spices and the tomato juice and paste and wine
simmer for 1/2 hr
