Ingredients
1 cup of oatmeal
water
1/4 cup almond butter
3 tablespoons flavourful honey/maple syrup
2 teaspoons flax seeds
Slivered almonds/chopped walnuts
banana
Instructions
Cook the oatmeal according to instructions. Stir in almond butter and honey. Top with 1-2 teaspoons of flax seeds, slivered almonds and a few slices of banana.
