Formerly known as “Salad Dressing”, the frou-frou of our world refer to this as “Vinaigrette”.

Ingredients
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dill weed
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Add water to make thinner.
3. Add mustard or sour cream or yoghurt if you like that sort of thing.
4. Enjoy.
