This is a diabetic recipe. The total carbs per serving are 9.8grams.
I did not love it, so I created additions to the recipe see below *(starred portions). I do not know the carbs for the additions but I do know that it was hard to stop eating it.
I also did not use the fructose sweetener.
SERVES 6-12 PEOPLE depending on your serving size ;)

Ingredients
1/2 lb uncooked egg noodles
1/2 lb margarine
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
1/2 tsp fructose sweetener (optional)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1small apples , peeled, cored, and thinly sliced (Granny Smith or other tart apple)
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tbsp slivered almonds , toasted and chopped
1butter flavored cooking spray
1/2 tbsp Bread crumbs
1/2 cup raisins**, 1/2 cup egg subsitute**,1tsp cinnamon**, 1/4tsp nutmeg**, 1/4 cup almonds**, 1tbs margarine MELTED**, 3tbs sugar********

Directions
1 Add noodles to rapidly boiling water and cook according to package directions until tender. Drain. Toss with margarine. Mix together remaining ingredients, except cooking spray and bread crumbs.
2 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Pour noodle mixture into pan. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
1 ****** after cooking noodles, drain and mix with margarine, place in blender with 1/4c raisins, 1tbsp almonds,1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, 1small apples, and full cup of egg subsitute. blend until mixed well (looks like oatmeal)********
2- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray
3 ****** IN a medium bowl or your baking dish mix with additional apple and raisins.******
4- Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
(do not add bread crumbs)
5 ****** In a small bowl mix 1tbs melted margarine, 3 tbs sugar and 1/4cup almonds together. Pour mixture ontop of Kugel heat for another 10 minutes ******
