Delicious Applesauce cake recipe!

Ingredients
2 1/4 Cup flour
1 1/2 Cup applesauce
1 1/4 Cup sugar
2/3 Cup milk
2 eggs
2 Tsp baking soda
2 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 Cup dark raisins
1/2 Cup Walnuts (Optional)
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except raisins, & nuts. Beat at low speed. Then at high speed for 3 minutes, Scraping bowl. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into 13 × 9 pan greased & floured.
Bake at 350f for 40-45 min, or until done. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
DO NOT ICE!
Makes great cupcakes!
