Serves: 4
Ingredients
1/2 onion
1 T olive oil
2 cans artichoke hearts
1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
1 t basil
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
10 eggs
Instructions
Sautee onion in olive oil
Add drained artichoke hearts
Continue to sautee
Add spices to taste
Beat eggs
Add sautee
Pour all into greased baking dish
Bake at 350 until done
