Asian Marinade Chicken Over Pasta - TastyPlanner.com

Chicken pieces in a delicious marinade served over pasta or rice. A very easy and tasty recipe requiring little prep time.
Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce or Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 Tsp. salt
1 Heaping Tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 stalk celery
1 onion
Instructions
Mix Worcestershire sauce or Soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl and stir. Cut chicken using kitchen shears into 1×1 inch or 2×2 inch squares. Marinade chicken in sauce mixture.
Chop onion and celery. Sauté onion and celery in some olive oil (doesn’t count from the 4T) until onions are soft and cooked nicely. Add marinaded chicken and cook chicken until it is not pink inside.
Cook pasta or rice as per directions on package. Serve chicken, onions, and celery over or mixed with rice or pasta.
