Asian Tofu Fry - TastyPlanner.com

Give potatoes a new song with this tofu, potato, and cabbage stir-fry with sunflower seeds. A real winner when food gets boring.
Ingredients
3 potatoes (cut into short french frys)
2 cups cabbage (chopped into small pieces)
1 cup white onion (chopped finely)
2 cups tofu (cut into short french fry pieces)
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. olive oil.
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp. Vegeta seasoning
1/2 tsp. chicken seasoning
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
Place ingredients into large frying pan and season with Vegeta, chicken seasoning, soy sauce, ground ginger, and lemon juice.
Simmer on high stirring every 4 to 5 min. until potatoes are done.
