Asparagus Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

1 lrg can asparagus
1 lrg can English Peas
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 Tbls butter
4-5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1lb grated cheddar cheese
1 runner ritz crackers, crushed
Drain peas and asparagus.
In casserole dish put asparagus the layer the sliced boiled eggs. Spread the peas on top of the eggs. Layer the cream of mushroom soup on top of the peas. You may want to loosen the soup up by stirring it in a separate bowl first. Then layer the cheese.
Melt the butter and mixed with crushed crackers. Spread of top of casserole.
Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese melts about 30 minutes.
