My husband’s version of gai lan. Super simple and quick! And yummy, of course!
Recipe Source: My husband's brain
Ingredients
water
1 lb. Chinese broccoli/gai lan
a couple Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 Tbsp oil
Instructions
1. Fill a 1/2 pot of water to a boil (the pot should be big enough to hold all the gai lan stalks). Add a dash of salt to the water.
2. Add the gai lan to the boiling water (all the stalks should be fully immersed in the water), and cook for 3 minutes. Remove immediately and drain.
3. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with oyster sauce and oil. Remove and serve.
