Ingredients
4 large field mushrooms
4 rashers bacon
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c. Remove mushroom stalks. Cut bacon into strips and lightly fry. mix breadcrumbs and cheese together and add bacon. Place mushrooms, top side down on a lined baking tray. Spoon ingredients into the mushroom and bake for 15 mins.
