Ingredients
6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until apples are tender. Serve hot or cold.
