baked potatoe with sour cream - TastyPlanner.com

Ingredients
4 large potatoes
150g sour cream
2 tbsn butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 spring onions, finely chopped
4 rashers bacon, chopped and cooked
1/2 cup tasty cheddar cheese
Instructions
Place potatoes in microwave and prick with a fork. Mic for 10 mins approx, checking reguarly.
When cooked cut a slice from the top of each potatoe and scoop out the flesh without breaking the sides.
Put the flesh into a bowl and add sour cream, butter, salt, spring onions and bacon. Pile into potatoe skins.
Top with cheese. Place potatoes into the oven and cook at 200c for 10 mins or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
