Baked Ravioli - TastyPlanner.com

2 28 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp fennel
1 tbsp parsley
2 lbs. store bought cheese ravioli
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated paremsean cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan and saute garlic and onion until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes and sauces. Cook until sauce is thickened, about 5.5 cups.
Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions. Strain and return to pot.
Toss sauce and ravioli together. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle both cheeses on top of the mixture.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
