If you can’t find Bisquick where you live, or you just want to know what goes into you, here is a make your own mix recipe. Use it where a recipe calls for Bisquick.

Cook time: 0 Min.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
8 C. all purpose flour
1 1/2 C. buttermilk powder
4 t. baking powder
3 T. sugar
2 t. salt
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
2 1/3 C. shortening
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; cut in the shortening until crumbly. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Makes about 13 1/2 cups.
