Healthy Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
1 Large ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. old fashion oats
1 scoop vanilla protien powder
8 oz) carton of egg substitute
non-stick cooking spray
Sugar Free Syrup
Non-fat milk of soy milk (optional)
Instructions
In a blender add all of the ingredients (except the syrup and non-stick spray) in order of appearance. Blend for 8-10 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a drop of milk. Preheat a non-stick frying pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray. On medium heat, pour 4 inch pancakes. Flip when you see air bubbles on the top. Cook on the second side uncovered until the bottom is golden brown. Server and top with sugar free syrup.
