Barberton Chickenhouse Cole Slaw - TastyPlanner.com

This is a close copy of Barberton Ohio’s “famous chickenhouse” cole slaw. I’ve adapted it and use only 2 tbsp of oil. You can make it the original way if you like.
Prep time: 5 Min.
Cook time: 480 Min.
Serves: 8
Ingredients
2 bags angel hair slaw
3/4 c vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 c oil (or less)
Instructions
Combine vinegar, sugar and oil and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over slaw and season to taste with salt.
Toss well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shake container occasionally.
