Basic Pancakes - TastyPlanner.com

This recipe is for those of you who have family members who can eat stacks and stacks of pancakes.
Ingredients
4 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 c powdered milk
1 tsp salt
4 c water
2 eggs
4 T vegetable oil
Instructions
In large bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, powdered milk and salt. Whisk to combine well. Add water, eggs and vegetable oil. Making sure to mix well .
Preheat a medium to large skillet over medium heat until small drops of batter set up and cook.
Pour 1/3 cup of mixture into a preheated skillet, watching until the sides and top start to form air bubbles, flip with a wide flat spatula to the other side. Letting it brown 2-30 seconds. Remove to waiting platter or plate.
