A good, easy chicken marinade.

Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons basil pesto
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 dash salt and pepper
Instructions
-Mix together equal amounts of olive oil and vinegar into ziploc bag.
-Add salt, pepper, and a few tablespoons of basil pesto.
-Close bag and mix by massaging the bag.
-Place chicken breasts in the bag and massage to coat chicken.
-Place bag in refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours.
-Grill over low heat.
