Basil Scallops w/Spinach Fettuccine

Ingredients
8 oz spinach fettuccine
1 1/2 lb scallops
3/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
1/3 cup Green Onion
3 tbsp fresh parsley
Instructions
Cook pasta. Rinse scallops, and pat dry with paper towel. Sprinkle scallops with pepper. Cook over medium-high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Remove scallops from pan and keep warm.
Combine oil, mustard, basil, and salt. Set aside. Add wine and onions to pan, cook 1 minute. Add oil mixture and cook 15 seconds.
Add scallops to pan and cook another 15 seconds. Pour scallops over pasta and sprinkle with parsley.
