Pork, intestine and liver soup.
Recipe Source: Ina's (grandma) recipe
Ingredients
1/4 kg pork, cut into small cubes
1 cup liver and kidneys, cleaned and cut into small cubes
4 gloves garlic
3 slices ginger
5 cups water
3 tablespoon salt
1 medium-sized onion
spring onions, chopped into small pieces
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 pack misua
Instructions
Sauté the garlic, onions and ginger in cooking oil.
Add the pork, kidney and liver and brown slightly.
When pork is slightly brown, add water and salt.
Cover until it boils.
When pork is done, add misua and cook for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
Serve hot!
