Ingredients
3 Lbs. Brisket
1 can beer
1 envelope of onion soup
1 dozen bread rolls
1 pint of BBQ sauce
Instructions
Place brisket fat side up in a dutch oven. Top meat with envelope of onion soup. Add beer. Cover tightly. Place in 300 degree oven and cook for at least 3 hours, but, the longer the better. Check often and add beer, if needed, to keep moist. It should just fall apart and string easily.
Serve with rolls. BBQ sauce on the side,but it is so yummy it’s great without it too!
