Wonderful meal for a potluck
Ingredients
4 lb silron roast cubed
1/2 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 cup burgandy wine
1 8 oz Tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
2 tsp dried parsley
2 cans Beef Broth
Instructions
Brown meat in a small amount of oil. Sprinkle the flour over the meat after borwned and stir. Add the rest of the ingredients into a 9X13 and Bake covered at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over noodles.
