You can substitute pork and pork gravy for the beef and beef gravy in this recipe.

Ingredients
2 Cups yellow onion, 1/4 inch slices
3 tablespoons of butter
3 cups of roast beef 1/2 inch pieces
3 cups of boiled potatoes 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup of beef gravy
14 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 eggs, fried to taste
parsley
Instructions
1. Saute the onion in the butter in a skillet over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
2. Add the beef and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add the potatoes, gravy, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper and mix gently. Simmer for several minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Spoon on to serving plates and top each serving with a fried egg. Garnish with parsley.
